SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 the United States. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $12 will be charged. We ship all orders within 2 business days after customization (which could take up to 1 week) and provide tracking information once the order has been shipped. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Custom items are not returnable nor exchangeable due to personalization. Please refer to size guides listed on the product or in the description. If you believe your product is damaged or customization is different from requested, please reach out either for an exchange or a refund.
